Location

Office in Hurricane and satellite branch in Kanab.
-In 2004 Highstandard Concrete moved their office from Cedar City, Utah to Hurricane, Utah, to better serve the Southern Utah area.
-In 2005 Highstandard Concrete opened a satellite branch in Kanab, Utah, to better serve Kane County.

Capabilities

Capacity to take care of your project.
There are currently 3 office employees:
1 full time project estimator,
1 equipment yard maintenance employee, 1 fulltime project superintendent,
3 project foreman, and 12 concrete finishers/carpenters.

Financial stability and bonding capacity

Since 2004 Highstandard Concrete has successfully doubled their revenues each year. Despite the economic decline our forecast shows we will be able to maintain this track record in the years to come.

Highstandard Concrete has been bonded in the past, and will continue to hold this bondable status.

Licensing

Highstandard Concrete is a licensed Utah General (B-100) Concrete (S-260) Contractor and has completed the testing to soon be licensed in Arizona.

Expertise

Highstandard Concrete’s experience, expertise and workload includes all concrete services pertaining to the construction of medical and medical research facilities, commercial, institutional, residential, manufacturing facilities and industrial projects. Highstandard Concrete’s personnel self-perform concrete work, reinforcing steel and carpentry work.

Reputation and Skills

We obtain work via both competitive bidding and negotiation. Throughout the years the majority of the companys revenue has come from the competitive bidding process. Highstandard Concrete is expanding our clientele and is offering Annual/Negotiable contracts.
